No. Every plan, including Free, includes the member app for all of your members. Plans differ on what the OWNER side can do, never on what your members get.

You keep the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account moves to the Free plan. Your member data stays where it is.

Only your gym's staff, with the permissions their role carries, can see your members. Personal data is handled under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and full detail is in the privacy policy.
